how to speak like a native speaker? I just mean the pronunciation/tone of the words or sentences. actually it is hard to be like a native speaker. maybe just be fluent or natural.

I think it is a good thing to ask native speakers to correct your pronunciation. There are also good books about pronunciation. Plus, I think you could learn a lot from books by specialists in pronunciation whose mother tongues are Mandarin. They must know a lot about the difference between your own language Mandarin and English. That is to say, they must know very well what Chinese speaking people aren't good at.

It takes some practice. I am a native English speaker, and if you need some help please ask me.
