Most families has children at the age 20-28 years, but some women could have another. The nature! My classmate go have a child at age 16, and now she has 5th child at age 45years. I very envy her and her husband!

For biology reason i think more than 20 years old..but in my opinion age is not important thing when you want have children. The important thing is your psyche. If your psyche not ready yet even though your age more than 40 y.o children will be big problems for you.
