Time Hacking for Learning Foreign Languages

Hello, everybody!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

I'm trying to learn English and get a practice but there is a huge problem - Time. There are only 24 hours in one day and it is extremely small amount for me because I have a family and a work. I’m trying to use all of my spare time (driving, launch time, etc.)

Do you use any timehacks (or lifehacks) for successful foreign language learning?

I think you can find some time even though you have family and work. Many people live in the same circumstances and they don't have problem to practise the language. Maybe someone similar to you should answer your question.. Just try to schedule a little more time for English - maybe wake up a bit earlier and practise some vocab before you go to work.
