Learning German watching tv

Another nice way to learn German (mostly for intermediate-advanced learners) is to watch tv.

You could watch the programmes of ARD on the ARD Mediathek http://www.ardmediathek.de/tv

By clicking on Sendung Verpasst and choosing the day.

The only weakness is that it is not live streaming, but it is not a problem for me.

I have chosen a TV serie that I like and I watch it everyday. It is called "Sturm der Liebe" and it is helping me to improve my German.

You could choose other series for example the famous Tatort!

No live streaming is not a weakness, I don't want to to watch Tatort at 03:00 ;-)

Another option is http://www.onlinetvrecorder.com

You can record, and download later. I use it for a number of years already.

Watch "Dinner for one" http://www.ardmediathek.de/tv/NDR-Sondersendungen/Dinner-for-One-Die-Farbversion/Das-Erste/Video?documentId=25623330&bcastId=3750154

This is a video that Germans watch at the end of the year...every year.
