Are you in blue when you get ill?

I got a fever today. And l am in blue for nothing.l was never like this before when l was ill, unless there was something depressing. But nothing depresses me today. No matter what the reason is,l must make myself happy. To myself happy,l decide to listen to music that l love.Gradually,l become in a good mood.when facing this situation, how do you deal with it?

Fang, a tiny suggestion here: You may want to leave a space between your sentences. Yes, it is stylistic, but your English well enough for you pay attention to it, right?

a better way to phrase having "blues" would be, "I have the blues." or "I'm feeling blue."  Also don't start sentences with "and" or "but".

To answer your question, I play my guitar I find that very relaxing.
