Try to search for people who want to learn Italian in exchange of teaching English language in "Language Partners" section of this site. You will be amazed how many people you can find. Send messages to them introducing yourself and be friendly. A lot of people in this site is interested in Italian language :D 

Well, I like tutoring with teacher. So, I found teacher in Professional Lessons section, I sent him a request and immediately we schedule session. It's easy, it cost some money, but the prices isn't too high, I guess.
