Sarapan Nasi Goreng
does your country grow its people's main food, or does it rely on import?

I heard that Arabic-speaking countries' main food is wheat, and second to that is basmati rice.

we import rice from the east(india.pakistan,vietnam..).

we also import wheat but i do not know countries(we grow two types of wheat and we call them ta'am and mesibily.but we use them to make a bread  only  in breakfast.there are afew families grow and cook them(now) .they was the main meals.

i am talking about my country not all arab countries

in general we imoprt them

you can say that is true.

wheat and basmati  rice are the main food in my country .

breakfast and dinner wheat with beans,eggs,cheese..ets

the lunch basmati rice with meat,fish and chicken.

with other things
