nowadays media told us that everyone should do some sports. Of course if you dont wont i can not do this but if you want to be happy you should doing some sport. I had tried a lot of sports before: swimming, joggin, riding bicycle and so on. But it was difficult to me, becouse i'm lazy. And, about year ago, i started to do yoga. And i love it! Before, i was forsing myself to do exercises. But yoga is different, i always go to training with pleasure. Yoga it isn't only exercise for body, it is exercise for mind. After training i feel myself wonderfull, i feel my body strong and healthy and my mind is calm.
What do you thynk? Have you ever tried to do yoga?
Great post, yes I'm a huge fan of yoga & meditation. I was off the path for a little while but working at getting the prana, chi, lifee force whatever you want to call it, in balance.
That's great that you are experiencing results as health is wealth and easy to lose. I just started back up a few days ago doing prana, bikram and chakra meditaion.
I am a believer that flow versus stimulation is better for the body's energy.
