How to Improve English Speaking Skill?

Normally it's said to create an environment where every body need to speak English and nothing else. But this practive doesn't carry on beyond 2 to 3 days. How we can achive when we don't have any native English Pal?

The best way to improve speaking skills is to practice, practice, practice! I recommend that my students read lots of books and magazines in English, watch English TV, and listen to English radio. Doing these things helps you to see and hear English spoken by native speakers and can greatly support your learning.  When you read dialogue in a book, it is just another review of the spoken language, but in a different fashion.

Practice speaking - even if it is with your plants! Read the magazines and books out loud to your dog.  While it may seem silly, doing these things will help you to relax and become more comfortable with English pronunciation and speaking.  Being relaxed when speaking another language helps a lot because it is easier to forget the things you already know when you are feeling stress.

You could also look for a language partner or teacher here on italki to help you. Good luck!

i think the only way is to start speaking, and speak a lot. don't be crazy to find native. rather  find a partner of ur own level and same mentality.

I have heard that listening improves speaking. However, it is useless without english interaction.

So, practice, and practice, and practice again

If you don't have a language partner, here is what I do sometimes....

I find a dialogue or phrase in my target language.  I record myself on my cell phone.  I listen to see if I can recognize it 3 days later.  I go back to the original native speaker recording and figure out why I did or did not understand.

Like I shared with another member, if you cannot get someone to commit to being a language partner, see if 5 people would be willing to do voice clips on VIBER of words/phrases in English.  You can exchange and ask to say I'll leave 20 words a week and vice versa.
