Do aliens believe in us? That's what I want to know. 

Yes, there were aliens from Europe who invaded Australia, America and other parts of the world. 

There is of course a distinct possibility of intelliegent life elsewhere in the universe but no concrete evidence for it or its interraction with us. Hwever the word 'alien' literally means foreign (adj.) or foreigner (noun), so in the traditional sense the answer is yes - aliens (foreigners) exist.
