It's a quite interesting topic!

How do you define a real friend? What is a real friend to you?

Do we need a friend/friends to success in our life?

I used to think that we can be happy as many as we have friends.

We have to be sociable, care the people around you, avoid arguing or fighting, and smiling and laughing all the time as I learned at my school age from my parents, teachers and the society.

A few years ago, one Japanese guy on TV said people can hardly find their real friend in your life. People don't need a friend because they should learn how to survive life alone. If you stay with a friend/friends, you loose your own time spending to think something unique and creative. You should make many mistakes and learn life lessons from your mistakes. You shouldn't spoil yourself and ask your any others to advice them to you. Your experience is everything. You should follow what you think. Your 'friend' might say only something you want to hear. Additionally, many great investors, composers and researchers historically didn't have thier friends. Your uniqueness and creativity grow only when you are alone. That is how people success in thier life.

What do you think? Sorry I didn't answer the questions.
