The song "Два раза нет" by Ленинград has the lines:
где нет вопросов - всегда есть ответ
пламенный, как пионерский привет!
What is a "pioneer's hello"?
At the times ot Soviet Union, there was a youth pioneer organization (Молодежная пионерская организация). Its members were called pioneers (пионеры), it's something like scouts in the US. Pioneers had a special greeting, it is called "fiery pioneering greeting". (пламенное пионерское приветствие). You can see it on this video:

It is just a rhyme, the fiery answer is compared with a "pioneer's hello". It doesn't mean anything special, just a salutation from pioneer.

We often say in Russian: Передаю тебе горячий привет. Передаю тебе пламенный привет.
How fasinating it is to read this? I can identify words , by virtue of ''spelling'' them, based on sound. But no idea what they mean:p
