What is the difference between "work on computer" and "work on the conputer"? Can you give some examples?
Thanks.
Hi Meredith,
work on computer is not grammatically correct, so don't use this.
Work on the computer can be used like this:
- I am working on the computer at the moment (this means you are working now and using your computer to work)
- I work on the computer every day (this means you use your computer to work every day)
- I have a lot of work on the computer (this means that you have a lot of work saved on your computer)
I hope this helps you!
