ask for advice about working english

suppose I am Kate, Lucy is my business parter, and Ella is my colleague.

Lucy comes to our office for a meeting. But I dont have time to stay with her due to another emergency meeting.

How shall I tell Lucy that Ella will be with her and handle the following issues?

What kind of expressing is more suitable for this situation?

You have to find the time to sit down and talk to her. She is your business partner. You owe her that and it is common courtesy. Try to delegate the emergeny meeting until you have done or, failing that, leave her a note and if neeed be apologise for not letting her know, while saying that as soon as teh meetng is over, you'll explain (over a coffee/drink).

Thank u very much,Mohsen. I am really appreaciated ur  kind help.

I've read the article.

Though what I want to learn is more like "when i have to leave for some reason, there is my workmate XXX will handle the following things....."

Thank u.

Yes, sure, "Ella will take care of it" sounds nice which means Ella will take the meeting responsibilities. By the way I also found this article which may help you:
