First of all, good luck by learning German. People say that German is a difficult language, but I think this affirmation is only valid for beginners, as in any other language. You'll do this!

I'm sorry for saying, but, to learn a language, you've to learn both grammar and vocabulary.Maybe in the first lessons, you'll learn more vocabulary.The basic expressions and words are elementary for the beginning, but you must spend time with both grammar and vocabulary.

Both of them. Take it easy, study hard, step by step ,and don´t worry about declinations and enyoyed yourself learning German. Go for it !

1- The best way to learn German is to visit Germany and speak with Germans. This is not always possible, so there are other methods to learn German.

2. Find a German teacher at italki, if you can afford to pay.

3. If you cannot afford to pay, then find a langauge partner who can teach you German and who wants to learn Arabic. Both of you can learn from each other without paying money.

4. Learning Germany by yourself. You can learn from youtube videos, Internet. Use online German dictionaries. 

5. Write Notebook texts in italki, which will be corrected by native speakers. Ask questions in Question section.

Forget about grammar for now, grammar withouh vocabulary doesn't make sense. Language isn't math.
