I have been writing a book. I took a huge break because of writer's block, but I am ready to get back into it. I am going to start looking for artists that can help me with the book cover. I need someone who is very talented at landscapes. I have a deviantart account so I have seen many great artists. I am just trying to broaden my perspective a bit and see if there is anyone here that may be an awesome selection.
The landscapes I will need are:
Left side: A lone desert (possibly a path or the feeling of being stranded).
Middle: A waterfall that flows into a river with a reflection of the Title.
Right side:A forest or a jungle type landscape (sort of like the Amazon).
They need to be realistic-emotional-eye catching ---nothing plain.
I prefer traditional drawing, but digital art is accepted as well.
Anyone up for the challenge? When I finish my book and if I like your art, I will pay you to draw for me. I need to see some kind of example first (maybe a picture you already have, so I can see how good you are.)
If I can't find anyone here, I know a great artist who lives down the road from me. I just don't want to bother her because she is having a hard time in her life right now. But I can always wait. :)
Please let me know if you're interested.
It sounds interesting. From my experience, most Americans think that latinos like me study English in order to live illegally in the USA. The American mindset is that we all grow bananas and play monkeys in our countries. I hope you can find a good ilustrator!
What's your book about?
What is the subject of your book? Is it possible to read the draft?
Ay, lo siento que gente piensan eso.
Not everybody is the same no matter where you come from. It's awesome you are learning English. You seem very advanced too. Puedo preguntar por que estas aprendiendo Ingles? Por trabajo, escuela o hobby?
Y como se dices hobby en español? XD Gracias!
Have you ever been to the U.S?
