What type of feedback do you like to get from your Language teacher?

As a teacher on this site, I have a very important question to ask:  What type of feedback to you most like to get from Language teachers? What mistakes you made? Sites to go to for homework?  No feedback?  Let me know!

I like verbal feedback as we're talking, explaining errors I make in my speech.  I am used to getting homework to further my understanding of whatever the lesson was about & having that homework corrected & sent back so I can learn from the mistakes I made. I also like a teacher that can allow for spontaneous lessons.  So while the focus of the lesson may be one thing, our initial conversation may lead elsewhere & a good teacher just runs with that and makes a lesson out of that common interest.  Mind you, I have no time restriction regarding the pace of my learning (i.e. there is no upcoming test & employment requirement) so that works well for me.
