Good must to be "with fists".


  The sentence structure is uncommon.   A  native speaker would not communicate the idea that way.

It would look something like this, per the common expression of the idea.


   One needs to be bood  with fists.


    It is a popular  misconception.   It's errant presumption is that violence and fighting resolves all issues.  Some of the greatest minds in all of human history have demonstrated the folly of such a belief.
