@Mohammed - This is a really dumb question. Easiest for who? For an Egyptian? There is no significant difference in difficulty, as is proven by the fact that babies of all mother tongues learn to speak in about the same amount of time.

@Doris Day Δωρίς - languages from South America? Are you talking about Spanish and Portuguese, or about the many indigenous languages?

The easiest language for me is Portuguese, the hardest are European languages (except romance languages): Russian, Polish, German. Other languages are hardest like Arabic, Japanise, Chinese, Korean.

languages from south america are atleast the easiest while languages from europe are the most difficult because it is not similar with my native language. I am not familiar with their language and culture.

I had taken 4-5 language classes in the past. I gave up to Russian language. I think it is thé hardest language in my opinion.:)

For me, The easiest language is English.
