I think the best way to improve the language we learn is to use the knowledge related to the leanguage in every single munite - in our comunication, thinking, talking, wrting, etc. The best environment for a language learner should be replete with lots of native speakers, but most learners do not have this oppertunity, so they need to learn from books or with the Internet.
