Una otra pregunta sobre la gramática

Acabo de aprender las expresiones como "[estar] por [verbo]".  Por ejemplo "Estoy por limpiar el piso".  ¿Hay una diferencia entre esta frase y "Estoy limpiando el piso"?  A mi se parecen que son los mismos...

In the sentence ''estoy por limpiar el piso'', the flat had not been cleaned yet.

Meanwhile in the other sentence you are cleaning the flat in the moment you are saying it.
