How to practice English by speaking without speaking with foreigners?

Well, I got bothered. I can't sustain that. When I find anyone to speak with him, I can't find him again for along time and I should practice my speaking skills consistently (Every day I should speak for one hour at least). Please anyone help me to practice my English for one hour without any extra help from any foriegners. I need ways to practice speaking.

Emad, first don't laugh or dismiss my suggestion too quickly.  It really works!

If there is no one to talk with in a dialogue, just talk with yourself.  Talk while washing dishes, while looking at the birds, while working on something that doesn't require your absolute attention.

Sometimes speaking in a monologue is hard and awkward.  Then direct your words to a pet or even a plant!  Someone gave me the plant idea.  I scoffed at it, at first!!  But it works!!! Tell it what you are thinking.  Talk to it as you water it.  Tell it your ideas.

Dave's suggestion has helped me to see that I could take this one step further and actually answer back!!!!

Emad, when I want to practice conversation and there's no one to practice with, I open a blank document in Word and pretend someone is with me.  I will type what I would say into the document as if it could answer me.  I'll use a translation program on the internet to see if there are errors. I will say out loud the words that I have typed.  Then I'll switch places and respond to my statement and continue this process.  It can work really well other than you don't have someone correcting your errors & you don't know if your pronunciation is correct.  But by doing this you'll find there are words that you don't know, you'll need to look them up, then use them in a sentence and you'll remember them because you have used them.  And the words that you add to your vocabulary will be words that you need to know as they formed a part of your conversation, rather than words in a book or online.

And something important, when you are speaking with someone who hasn't learnt your language greatly, don't use less common words instead of most common words.

Azalea! I haven't had any plants so I made another innovated idea. I have a numerous words that I got in the last two months and I will create a story using every 20 words by speaking to myself only and I will continue creating until I finish doing it for 1 hour and I decided to make it every day.

Emad!  Have you found a plant to talk to yet? I say talk "to" and not "with" for obvious reasons! Choose one that doesn't require too much nurturing, like a cactus!
