somehting Happy, not so happy, it might be make you feel down.
It's life...so I try to accept it.
However, if You have much stress, sometimes, You can't accept anything.
when I feel down, I don't do anything or try to meet up with friends or being alone.

I eat chocolates... Or I take my dog in my arms... My dog is very important for me... Or I walk my dog in the forest... Or I try to do the exercice of relaxations...

Hello Miss. Maiko, I like your question because this is what happened with me most of the time.what I do is listening to music that I like, and don't talk to any one until I get relax.

As far as I'm concerned, when I feel blue or my life goes sour, I will go to the gym and run fast while listening to my favorite music. I also will meet my friends or study English so that I can distract myself from feeling down. I also do volunteer activities such as volunteering at the animal shealter. Helping animals is a really good influence on me. I love animals! This is everything that I have done whenever I have had a difficult time in America.
I always try to make myself feel exhilarated by doing what I like as much as I can!
I've learned that it won't help me if I just stay sad and wait for the feeling to pass.
