some doubts about "notice"

A Theater, "Freud". the gang is in the audience watching for a play of Joey's to start. Rachel(reading the program): Ooh! Look! Look! Look! Look, there's Joey's picture! This is so exciting!
Chandler: You can always spot someone who's never seen ne of his plays before. Notice, no fear, no sense of impending doom...(This is the writer: does the notice mean look  to gain attention or it's just a noun to decribe Rachel's exiting things? "
Ross: (pulls a notice out of the program) Look, the role of "man number 3 will not be played by Vic Shapiro." Well, we came on the wrong night.
Monica: I can't believe I forgot to bring a magazine.
Rachel: Come on you guys, this might be good.

It means "pay attention".He is observing something about Rachel's behaviour and pointing it out to the others. He means" be aware that she has not been to a play before, we can see this by the way she behaves".

In these scene, Chandler told the other friends to notice Rachel's behavior (that shows how one who has never seen Joey's show before behaves).

It seems that Rachel is the one who others are being invited to observe, to notice the lack of fear.  The idea being suggested is that anyone who had previous experience would not be happy to be there.
