I'll laugh longly If some my friend will say me "Всё ништяк".

It will be very funny))) Extremaly funny))) But i think most of Russian don't use this expressions))) This expressions for stupid teenagers who want to look like "cool boys, having large balls". Sorry for expression. Also people who was in a prison can use this expression. It is like american gangster slang)))

If you want your friends died laugning, use this expressions)))

There are a lot of other more interesting words, expressions and idioms)))

I don't like this list of slang words)))

There're quite a few Russian expressions and phrases in the article I've never heard of, although I'm a native speaker of Russian. Some of them sound a bit odd, some others sound a bit rude. So, if one day I asked one of me students Как дела? or Ты знаешь это правило? and they said something like Всё ништякХреново or Хрен знает, I wouldn't be very impressed I can tell you. So, perhaps, the phrases you've mentioned are still quite useful to know but I wouldn't use them if I were a learner of Russian. Just a word of caution....
