I find myself lack willpower. I'm aware of my bad habits but I just can't change. For example, on weekends, I always spend the whole morning lying in bed, either using the phone or simply staring at the ceiling. Then I would regret and feel frustrated for wasting such a good morning. My mind and body always battle in the morning and the latter always win. So the question came to my mind, how do you guys get out of bad habits? In another word, how do you form a good habit?

Find reasons (really good reasons) for what you want to do something. This creates some interest and passion. So once you find these reasons and it makes you excited, then make the process exciting. Make the process fun, find things in it that make it fun for you.
Also don't be too hard on yourself.
If you don't have reasons (that satisfy you and actually make you excited) then that means you really don't want to do it, so why do it?
Trade the telephone for a bf.
Well, Habit is not easy to change, It comes from deep heart's idea.
Me, Usually use a strong stimulation to change it.
So that made me to change from the deep mind, Instead of swear on mouth
If the habit is really so bad for me.
