How to listen english effectively?

I learnt English a long time. I exchange emails with my customer daily by english, I can understand what they said in email and I believe they get my message also although exists a lot of gramma mistakes. But i get a problem about listening and talking skill. I don't know how to improve these skill although i listened a lot. From youtube, ted talk, Voa or any programe i known and made me interesting.

Give me some advices.

Thanks in advance!

To listen effectively, you have to recognize at least 75% of the vocabulary. For this, I recommend movies and TV series with subtitles. Songs' lyrics are also good.

Radio and podcasts are great for immersion and getting familiar with the language, but they don't do much in preparing you for conversations or learning new vocabulary.

To start talking, you'll need someone to listen to you and correct you. I understand this is not always easy, so I suggest you should start talking to yourself. Think of a topic, then say something about it, aloud.
