I have a question. How to listen English well?
Just speak with so many people:-)
I work in office from 8am to 6pm. And the night I read document for my job. I don't have free time to see or speak with people use English.
More reason, my company is a "family bussiness" style. Here we talk together by native language. Some people can speak English, but their English isn't standard like native English.
could some body here speak English with me via Skype?
Many many thank for your help!

your abliity to distinguish individual words will improve.
Find videos for the following nursery rhymes and teach them:

"Trot, Trot, Trot" (...go and never stop)
"Ten Little Indians"
"This Old Man"
"Sx Little Duckies"
"I'm A Little Teapot"
"Old MacDonald Had A Farm"
"There Were Ten In A Bed"
"The Ants Go Marching"
"Jack and Jill"
"There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed A Fly"
"The House That Jack Built"
"How Doth The Little Crocodile"
Then advance to short Stories like "Green Eggs and Ham" by Dr. Seuss
"The Cat In The Hat" by Dr. Seuss
"The Cat in the Hat Comes Back" by Dr. Seuss
"There's No Place Like Space" by Dr. Seuss
"Oh The Places You'll Go" by Dr. Seuss
These can all be studied in just about that sequence.
The more difficult ones are listed after the simpler ones.
One can also study song lyrics.
