Tianjin is famous for fried dough twists. Its large size surprises me, it’s about 40cm long and very thick like a strong man’s arm. It is sprinkled with some sesame seeds [1] and presented to be golden yellow. It definitely seems like it should be delicious, but it’s the other way around. I don’t like it. It’s very greasy and muggy . So I never buy it as a souvenir for others and I don’t recommend that you guys buy it. It's not worth the cost. 1. It's sprinkled with sesame seeds. It's covered with sesame oil.
