Hi! Great question. Here, only one answer is correct: Yes, I do. You can use "Yes, I have" when the question looks like this: Have you got a pen? Yes, I have. However, people don't normally use "have got", so the only possible answer will be "Yes, I do"

Veronika is right. The answer for both questions is "Yes, I do." As Veronika says, we would only answer the question with "Yes, I have" if the question itself began with the word "have." "Have you called Bill?" "Yes, I have." If the question begins with "do," then the answer is "I do." "Do you have a car?" "Yes, I do."
