Dear HR Manager, My name is Virginia Rufo, I’m 31 and I currently work as Head Chef at the Monk’s Restaurant in Rome. I read that you are looking for a Demi Chef De Partie Pâtisserie and I would like to submit my candidacy for the position. Passionate about cuisine and pastry, I’m looking for a job that could upgrade my career path and improve my pastry skills. I would be honoured to join the Le Meurice team. I’ve been working in restaurants for eight years now, and for the last three years I’ve also been studying gluten free leavened food and pastry. I am a very dynamic, quick and determined person, capable of managing a large amount of work even in stressful and difficult situations. I love my job and I always give 100% at work.
