This day, i went to running 10 km in one hour, i feel a little sore, specially my legs. But, its okay, i need to improve my skills in running. Because my couch wait for best results of myself. In the last Weeks te results wasn't very well.... and i felt bad for this, because the 10 km i was in one hour with 2 o 3 minutes... but in this period i felt stress for the rea reason the i have a lot of homework... big now i feel really fantastic!

In the last weeks the results weren't very good.... and I felt bad, because I barely met my goal of 10 km per hour by only 2 or 3 minutes... but I'm stressed as well because I also have a lot of homework... but now I feel really fantastic!

In the last Weeks te results were not as good.... and i felt bad about this, because I ran 10 km in an hour with 2 or 3 minutes to spare. But I felt stressed because i have a lot of homework... but now I feel really fantastic! I am a runner too and this week I've had to stop for a few day because I have a nasty tummy bug. Keep up the good work with your running and English. 😊
