Could someone check these sentences and make them sound more natural?. Please feel free to edit or make any changes you deem necessary. 1-We need the security of knowing that they will deliver the parcel on time. 2-Perhaps when I have been talking to him ,I can give you further information 3-If you are not in charge of this, please transfer this email to appropriate department ,or at least point me in the right direction and tell me who might be able to help me.

Hi, Jose. Good job! Although “security” does work in your first sentence, I feel most native speakers would use “confidence” instead. After the words, “more natural,” you put both a question mark and a period. While both are “ending” punctuation marks, only the former was needed as we never use two “ending” marks together.
