If there are special datas on either the C Disc or somewhere else, then how should I transfer necessary data to the D disc? And after transfering data, while formatting it, how can I understand which disc D is?

I've changed a couple of things, but to be honest, your English is very good anyway! I changed it to 'disk' because I think you might be talking about drive storage - but feel free to ignore if I'm wrong.
