I would like to write about my work out, Today.
I have come from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training. It’s kind of wrestling. I work out three times for a week. Typical BJJ training contain next parts:
1. In the first 15 or 20 minutes we are jogging, jumping, stretching and so on that to make our muscle hot
2. Next, we are learning new techniques for about 40 minutes. We learn different types of chokes, bars, sweeps etc.
3. Last part of training is grappling. This part contain 4 round of grappling and each round take for 5 minutes with timeout for 2 minutes.
It is hard but it is interesting and your body get strong. I tried to go to GYM but it’s boring for me. I like more competition work out.
