Hello there sir. How are things coming along? I am able to speak English, however I am neither fluent nor a beginner. I have an advanced level of English! Should I be fluent or is my current level okay? I want to become a strong expert in the field of both computers and phones in the town where I am living.

Ohh yeah!! Of course you really required to be fluent and flawless to become a native speaker although you english very well still i would say never stop learning.
