Do you know "杏仁豆腐" which is one of Chinese sweets? When we make it, we need Chinese almond powder, but it's quite difficult to get. I don't know why, but I certainly haven't seen it at most of the supermarkets near my house. One day, I wanted to eat "杏仁豆腐", so I tried to make it. However as I knew not to get Chinese almond powder, I searched for a recipe which I didn’t use it on the internet. And I finally found one. The ingredients were agar powder which is like gelatin powder, sugar, fresh cream, water and almond milk. Almond milk is drink and It's instead of Chinese almond powder. And I can get it easily at the supermarket. I mixed all ingredients and boiled them until sugar gets melted. And then I poured them into the mod and went into the refrigerator. And it was ready in 1 hour.
