Reading is one of the best tools that helps us to shape our mind. Personally, I am fond of reading about human psychology. Usually this kind of books is the first step to overcome depression. Furthermore, the acquired knowledge assists me to identify my emotional state when I am experiencing different situations. Two more reasons, why I have a higher interest to this genre compared to others, are that it increases my motivation to make decisions and also encourages me to be strong. Additionally, it helps me to deal with stress related situations which is an essential skill today. Last but not least, that it contributes to the development of communication. Psychological literature assists to improve relationships with people. In conclusion, I believe that everyone should read such literature at least once in their life just to become aware of themselves and the people around them. Perhaps then there will be less issues in society.
