One step at a time. We all have crappy days, and they will keep coming until we
learn the lesson: overcoming, getting through bad times, proving to ourselves how
relentless we are to go for our goals, no matter what. I believe that our human
psychology gets strengthened by understanding the good that comes from making the
effort. Exercising that "muscle" just makes it bigger and eventually we act
fearlessly in life, instead of reacting to things, we feel like we are in
control of our emotions, at least.
