In my opinion, jobs answering phone calls from customers will be replaced by AI. In fact, some companies are already relying on AI to answer questions from customers to a certain extent.

This is good English but needs one more sentence! Ideally the next sentence would begin with “however…”. For example: “However, many customers are unhappy with this and prefer a more personal service when contacting a company”. Can you think of another way you could finish this piece of writing?
