There is a lot going on here so I corrected your entire post.
Is this sentence grammatically CORRECT? Because I AM TRYING to use other tenses than simple past and simple present...
Up to now, I've been realizing that I still DO NOT use ENOUGH grammar in my WRITTEN and spoken language. I've been trying, but it is still not easy to apply it mutatis mutandis (I HAVE NOT SEEN "MUTATIS MUTANDIS" BEFORE. I SEE IT IS LATIN BUT I DON'T THINK AMERICANS WOULD UNDERSTAND. I AM UNSURE IF ABOUT BRITISH ENGLISH.) But, being still motivated, I AM HOPING IT leads me to become better.
I imagine that present continuous is difficult as you do not have that verb tense in German. Let me know if you have any questions about this. Good job.
