Most of my customers are the elderly. A lot of the elderly come or call to my work place every day. Most of them are calm and understanding but some of them are very grumpy and arrogant. They sometimes give me unreasonable complaints. It is so hard to deal them because they can't stop talking. Young people are seldom to complaint for hours. Young people are busy. On the other hand, the elderly have a plenty of times. Sometimes, I just can't understand why they are so upset. Probably, I will find out when I get old. Japan has a problem of aging society. Old people are majority and young people are minority. Sometimes supports for young people is left behind because supports for the elderly always take priority. I think it is not right and young people should raise their voice to make a change.
