Recently, I have started my own small business. Previously, I did not have much ambition, I was very content with my job, received my monthly paycheck on time and was able to pay my bills. Just two weeks ago, I decided to run my own small business，it is a new challenge for me！ I need to be fully responsible for myself and my customers，which means I should provide them with the best services I could possibly offer，otherwise they could lose trust and confidence in me！ I will motivate myself far more than in the past, in order to meet all the demands the customers request. It is important that I am commit fully to my work and learning，instead of focusing only on making money or I will lose my passion and enthusiasm for my job.
