First of all - you shouldn't eat too much. All these candies, cakes, sweets etc - you must control it. And you can do exercises at home - with stepper, or skipping rope or hoop or you can do exercises on press, squats. And you can walk... for example 10000 steps a day. But I think for all these things - you should have a wish to be fit.
