I just remembered a famous investigation which happened in America last century that turned Dr. Henry Chang-Yu Lee into a famous criminal investigation expert: the O. J. Simpson murder case. Everyone knows who the murderer that killed his wife really is. But, based on some American laws,(like the legality of the police evidence procedure) the court finally ruled that he wasn’t guilty. However, it doesn’t means he isn’t the murderer rather that according to American laws at that time, the court couldn’t rule that he was the murderer.
