I haven't found the time to read books for a long time. So, I decided to look closer at my habits. I asked myself - What activities during the day wasting my time? Due to the fact that I have a full time job and I study English, my day is always busy. Watching movies and playing video games is relaxing for me and I don't want to give up these activities.
I noticed that I force myself to fall asleep very often. I can't do it even when it's midnight or late. I close my eyes and I can't fall asleep. Sometimes it takes me an hour to finally drop off. I think the time when I can't sleep, is good for reading. Even 10 minutes of reading will help me relax and thus allow me to fall asleep easily.
Great help in this situation will be keeping a book on the bedside table. Whenever I turn off the light and stay awake for at least 15 minutes, I will start reading a book. Obviously, I will use only classic paper books or Kindle. Blue light from smartphone or tablet causes sleep problems.
