I think employee motivation is closely connected to their productivity. So to motivate them, a company leader should ensure that each staff member can often be rewarded when they do something good for the company. The standard
of the reward should be easily achieved and cheap, not difficulty or expensive, because most people prefer what they can easily achieve to what they can’t. Also, how often they are rewarded is important. For the more often they are rewarded, the more happy they feel.
