Before I go to bed ,I put moisturizing cream on my face and hands as my skin is dry. The smell of cream makes me relaxed.
Then I set the alarm to make sure not to oversleep.
Also, I try not to use my smartphone too much before I go to bed. As smartphones emit blue lights,when the eyes are exposed to this for long periods of time, your brain thinks it's day time,as a result you can’t fall asleep.
