香港的傳統食物是大家都很熟悉的港式點心。有蝦餃、燒賣、腸粉等,大多都是以蒸的方式來烹調。 不過我也很喜歡一種炸的小點心,叫做「鹹水角」。外層是糯米,內裏的鹹包著肉碎,非常好吃!
