Day 124/365 Hi guys, today I decided to share with you this receipt. I watched it on YouTube. That cook Easter's cakes you need: Warm milk - 200 g Eggs - 4 Dry yeast -10g Sugar - 180g Vanilla extract Peel (zest?) a lemon or an orange ( in my cakes I used an orange) Butter - 100g Flour - about 500g ( check a dough, sometimes need to add a few more~100) Salt - 1/3 teaspoon Raisin 120g + 1 spoon flover 1. Raisin wash(clean/rinse) and pour boiled water 10 minutes. Than ,dry it for paper towels and roll it in the dough. 2. Yeast dissolve in milk, add a few flour and sugar to the general norm. Leave yeast for activate for 5-10 minutes. 3. Add eggs , soft butter with rooms temperature, sugar, extract vanilla, peel of orange (lemon),salt , flover. The dough should be very soft and sticky. Don't need to add to much flour, that the cake will be very heavy. Replace the dough during 10minutes use a scoop or spoon for that. After that add raisin and mix it again. Cover this bowl plastic wrap (cling film) and put it in the warm place for 40-60 minutes ( it depends on many things, check your dough. It must be grow up in two or three times). 4. The form (dish) for baking to butter (смазать маслом) and put the dough into this form. I put about 220-250 g dough in the form 9 diameters , in form 13diameters about 450-500g. Put these dishes(forms) with dough in the warm place for 20-30 minutes. Bake this in an oven about 25-35 minutes. The oven should be hot until 170 degrees , before you put there you cakes. However,you always should look at your cakes during baking. If the cover of you cake return to the brown color it means that it's enough. 5. Baked cakes allow(let) to cool. After that decorate it with glaze and sweet candy.
